Welcome to the CCZARS ESRI Authorized Training Program

Southern University ESRI Authorized Training Program is committed to supporting stakeholders and partners in their efforts to meet the growing demand for quality training of ESRI@ geographic information system (GIS) technology. This webpage explains outlines our role as an ESRI Authorized Partner Education Center.

Our facility uses ESRI Authorized Instructors as we train our own Authorized Instructors, who as authorized qualified members of the ESRI community will teach ESRI-developed courses.

What is an ESRI Authorized Partner Education Center?

An APEC provides students of ESRI software the opportunity to attend ESRI authorized training courses in a professional learning environment. Facilities that meet certain hardware and software requirements can offer ESRI-developed courses taught by ESRI Authorized Instructors as part of their curriculum.  APECs can either contract with an independent ESRI Authorized Instructor or have someone on their staff become authorized to teach. APECs set their own fees and schedule their own classes.
