Conference Local Arrangement Committee
A local arrangement committee has been formed including members from SU and LSU faculty, staff, and students; Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce, Baton Rouge Convention and Tourism Bureau, and local volunteers. This committee will be responsible for conference website set up, announcements, hotel and facility arrangement, travel arrangement, local transportation, food and lodging, registration, career fair exhibits set up, pre- and post- conference survey, etc.
